We understand how stressful it may be when your pet requires an operation. We’ll be there for you throughout the procedure. We’d like to give you a comprehensive tour of our sparkling, cutting-edge surgical center before deciding whether or not to go through with the surgery. After that decision has been made, we’ll go through everything with you to put your mind at ease.

We’ll give you and your pet with comprehensive pre-operative information, including when to keep them from eating the night before the operation, as well as a full itinerary for the day of the procedure. If your pet is going under anesthesia, we may need blood testing to ensure that they are healthy enough for surgery.

During the procedure, our staff will be committed in ensuring that your pet’s sickness is cured and calling you with the good news. Multiple members of our team will be on hand to ensure that everything goes as planned during the operation.

After your pet has recovered from surgery, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to let you know how everything went and to provide you with any additional information you may need to take your pet home and ensure that they are comfortable and prepared to begin healing. We may also need to schedule follow-up appointments to verify that the healing process is proceeding properly.
