Tracy, Charlotte, Hanna and Dr. Grogen are the BEST! They took good care of our sweet boy until the very end. They were patient, caring and compassionate while helping him leave this life which means more to us than they will ever know.

After a horrible experience at another vet, we called around and Richland Animal Hospital was the only one who said we could absolutely be in the room with our very nervous pup. The staff was very accommodating and kind to our little girl. She is very mistrustful of people and both the vet and vet tech made her feel comfortable. All our concerns were listened to and addressed. The whole staff made us feel welcome and that we were valued customers and not just a dollar sign like the other place. Although still waiting for results, we left confident that our baby’s issues are going to be given the best attention and help needed. Thank you RAH and we will be recommending you to everyone.
I have been taking my animals here for over 15 years and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else, they are amazing and just love them all.
I was so impressed with the care and compassion Dr. Brett Grogan provided. Queen is an older dog and just was tired of all the inspection. But as they trimmed her nails, she was not happy, But his kindness really showed as he cuddled her and loved her while doing these procedures. Excellent Vet and Vet Tech. I am very pleased and thank you for being so great, what a nice experience.
